The object of the game is for your team to accumulate the highest fantasy point total any one week or over the duration of the Major League Baseball season. Players on your team will earn fantasy points based on their statistical performance in MLB games each day. 

The Fantasy Baseball Challenge covers 26 weeks of the Major League Baseball season* beginning on Monday, March 31, 2003 and ending on Sunday, September 28, 2003. Playoff games are not included in the game.

You are given a $125,000,000 salary cap to assemble your team of seventeen players. Players are assigned new values each week based on their past real-life performances integrated into our innovative formula. Spend your $125,000,000 wisely and you might be crowned the Fantasy Baseball Challenge champion!

You may trade up to six players on your team each week during the Fantasy Baseball Challenge. Your first five trades cost $2.00 each and your sixth trade is free!  Trades can be made at any time, up until five minutes before the trade deadline each week.
