With over 19 years experience working in the food industry at famous hotels and restaurants both in France and Canada, Chef Eric Arrouze now operates and manages Learn 4 Fun consulting. What started off as a one-page web assignment has now turned into this site.

Chef Eric worked as an executive chef at Le Cap-Estel, a 5 star hotel in the French Riviera. During this time he successfully headed up a team of 14 chefs, delighting the most sophisticated palates! He cooked for famous people such as Prince Albert of Monaco, Catherine Deneuve, U2...to name a few.

Drawing from his vast experience Chef Eric has shown his expertise with hundreds of student chefs as well as home chefs through his classes. Constantly looking to improve his skills and expand upon his talents, he is a certified instructor.

In his latest business venture, 911cheferic.com, Chef Eric gets to do what he does the best and loves doing the most: cooking and teaching. His website www.911cheferic.com was created in 2000 for food lovers around the globe. Since then, the site has been gaining in popularity daily, thanks to thousands of curious chefs in the making! Chef Eric put together a team of experts to assist him in developing this innovative method of learning to cook over the Internet.
