NavPro Used NavPro for several years from maps.com as I am hired several times a year to go several locations for courier service in one day. Great product at the time. Just recently the company went out of business that maps.com was using and they are starting from scratch with the application it will take several years to get to where they were with the product. However, they do not want to lose customers and the product works but is painful compared to what it was. They will give discounts or refunds for the annual users.
unsatisfied I've paid for a yearly subscripction. It was great at first. They done a software upgrade and it went to trash. I've e-mailed them with NO reply. All I get are errors and blank screens. I've tried it on LAN and dial-up. the worst part is e-mailing them to see if I might be doing something wrong, and not getting a reply.
