| C Arnold Colorado December 17, 2003 Awful product, horrible service I have attempted to use MovieLink to view 4 different movies. Every movie that I attempted to view had problems with video quality. The file was corrupted and even though the audio would continue without a glitch, the video would frequently pause and then restart a few seconds later. This was definitely not an enjoyable viewing experience. The customer service seemed to be fine at first--they reset my rental and allowed me to redownload the movies; however, when I continued to encounter problems they simply said that they could not do anything for me and they were unwilling to refund my money.
The prices on MovieLink are the same as going to the video store, and it takes several hours to download a movie (I am using a DSL modem with over 300K download speeds).
I recommend that you just go to the video store or try Netflix instead.
