DVD Barn
Avoid like the plague. One of the worst customer experiences to date. You can not even put new releases in your queue for 8 days - be prepared for a long wait.

DVD Barn change to intelliflix
Different name same bullsh*&^, It looks like they 've changed the name from DVD barn to Intelliflix but the service still sucks. People spend a little more money for a whole lot less trouble. I've selected my first 3 choices from my queue and it shippied my other last choices instead and it does not tell you when is your next turn so you could sit there until next month before getting any movies you want to see first. I'm seriously encourage anyone to pay a little more for Blockbuster or netflix for this kind of service.

Customer Service is not for the Customer
I joined as a member and than started to surf around the internet about DVD Barn user Reviews. What I saw was frightful. I decided to cancel my membership that day.

There are no email replies, just what is called Trouble Tickets. Because of too much Spam.

I had not put a single movie in the queue when I cancel but yet they would not refund my money ( they will not refund unused time) or answer my questions. I asked them to assure me that they would immeadiately delete my membership and not use my credit card again. I yet to get there answer.

I found only automatic responces of what they could not do.

They are certainly not the type of people I trust sending me DVDs

DVD Barn The Worst
DVD Barn is by far the worst on-line dvd rental company. There shipping takes forever, always out of titiles, no new game titles. When you send back a DVD they do not show it a recieved and charge you $25.00. They are a complete joke and should be investigated by the BBB. Only recieved 3 dvd in over 45 days. Never again!!!!

Simply the Worst
The shipping delays are incredible. You send back your DVD and they don't acknowledge receiving them until at least a week past the time you mailed it.

Their customer service is very poor. You email them specific questions and complaints and they just send you back a generic answer that does not address the specifics of your questions.

They advertise themselves as having lots of varied DVDs, but if you put these rare DVDs in your queue, you'll notice that they just sit there in your queue forever and are never sent.

I've tried many DVD rental companies including Netflix and Greencine. DVDbarn is the cheapest and the worst. You'd be making a big mistake if you didn't spend $5.00 more a month to join a more reputable company. Join DVDbarn and you'll rarely see a DVD in your mailbox, guaranteed.

DVDs never arrived
I had signed up over 2 weeks ago, and I still have not recieved any of the DVDs I had in my queue. Nor were they 'on their way'. The excuse I got was, we're opening new distribution centers, please be patient while we work out the kinks. While I understand that there can be some delays, I did not expect it to be over 2 weeks. I will give them credit that they did respond to my complaints promptly with adequate solutions. But don't go here! All of the other online places (i.e. Netflix, Blockbuster, Walmart) have always turned around their rentals to me within 2 business days.

DVD Barn is awful
Don't even waste your time with DVD Barn. I was a member for almost a year. The service has got rudely inconsistant. There customer service is a waste of time. They are based in AZ so it takes days to reach N. CA which is where I live. I tried to work with them and gave them a lot of slack but was constantly disappointed. I hope they go out of business because they deserve too. DVD Barn truely sucks ass!

don't go there
This service absolutely sucks (I'm being polite). I signed up a week and a half ago (the 4-out plan), and only 2 movies have been shipped. I sent an email inquiring about the lack of service and got no reply.

TRY ANY OTHER SERVICE BEFORE FALLING FOR THIS...
