Billing policies I think Dietwatch is a good program. They do have a major problem though. At the end of a one year subscription they automatically charge your account for one month at a time until you can catch it. There is no response from them when you have a problem. I personally had to cancel my subscription in order to try to straighten out the problem. Billing one month at a time amounts to about $180 per year which is almost $100 more than an annual fee. They do need to be able to communicate.
