True Love At Last!! We never thought we would be so lucky as to find our true love when we signed up for this site. He signed up just to go out on a few dates and make some new friends. I signed up because I was pushed into it by some friends. I was on the site maybe 3 weeks when he emailed me. Up to that point I had spoken to a couple of guys and actually met one and was not to thrilled with this whole internet dating scene. I was immediately attracted to how very well spoken he was in his emails. We emailed each other for a while and decided to finally meet. When we met, I have to say the physical attraction was not there for me. But, we talked for 3 straight hours about everything and anything and found we had a lot in common. I just couldn't get past the fact that I was not attracted to him. So, I emailed him the next day and asked if we could just be friends because we had so much in common and he said no. He said it would be to hard for him because he was so attracted to me. We left it at that and a couple of weeks later I received an email from him wishing me a Merry Christmas. I called him and asked again if he would reconsider being friends and he said yes. We talked on the phone for a few days and decided to meet just as friends on January 2nd for dinner. Well, when I picked him up I saw him in a whole new light. I don't know what it was but he seemed different to me and VERY attractive. Needless to say we had a great time at dinner and what turned out to become a "date" has never ended. We have been on that date ever sense. I am happy to say that when you find your true love to never let them go and that is exactly what I did. I asked him to marry me and we were married on February 28, 2004. All we can say is thank you to Cupid Junction for helping us in some small way in finding each other. Brian & Trish
Not very effective in finding a match I was a paying member for several months. My profile was detailed, honest and as good as I could make it. I only had 3 inquiries based on my profile, and none of them were true matches based on my information. The matches that were sent to me by the system were more often than not scams trying to get me to pay to join a porn site. I know that Cupid Junction can't screen everyone, but it was getting rediculous. I purchased 15 credits when I signed up, and true to thier word, every one of them was refunded after 30 days of getting no response. Now, I realize that not everyone is going to reply, but I feel that this was just not a site with real, honest people looking to make a connextion. It seemd that most of the womens profiles were fake. I canceled my subscription.
