How hard can it be to renew a subscription? It's OK and there are some good games.Although I have read that some people have had problems with some of the games I never have. This is a good thing because given the problems I have had trying to renew my annual subscription I dread to think how a more complex problem could be solved by them. The concept of customer service does not exist for them(and this in the home of good customer service!) I have been with them for a year and everything was fine,e mail arrives to say that subscription renewal will happen shortly,so I update my details. 3 weeks later email arrives to say that my credit card was declined and my access is terminated. I check with Mastercard who have not declined anything, I try again 5 times to no avail.I use the Contact Us link as instructed and receive a page of instructions of different things to do to the computer(games related) including to lower/cancel all levels of security(not a great thing to do when credit card numbers are involved) I respond by email pointing this out and beg them to call me or give me a phone number so that they can do this on the phone. Wait for it... I get the same computer generated back but this time from Atom Entertainment.I go on the net to get their phone number (not that easy from the UK) and guess what no human answers just a recording which stipulates that they have no customer service provision on the telephone and will only deal by email with accounting queries. I now intend to choose another game site as they do not seem to want my money. A shame but... My recommendation is not to bother with them until they get their act together,certainly don't buy a game from them because if my experience is anything to go by you will be left high and dry.
